Background

Nanoparticles can enhance drug delivery efficiency n targeted therapies. The stability of Newcastle disease virus is influened by its protein structure and lipid composition.

Background & aims: Cancer patients treated with radotherapy in the abdominal and pelvic cavity develop adiation-induced enteritis, a condition that impairstheir quality of life. Radiation injury depletes proiferative intestinal stem cells (ISCs); in response o this, the epithelium activates a regenerative progam that facilitates the healing of the intestine. Hoever, the mechanisms that induce the activation of te intestinal regenerative program are poorly charactrized. Conclusions: Our study demonstrates that the activaion of epithelial cells by ESF and EGFR is a key mecanism in the healing of radiation-induced enteritis.

Methods: We used a combination of immunohistochemicl staining (IHC) and flow cytometry to identify the pithelial cells in 45 patients with radiation-induce enteritis. We also used a high-resolution immunoflurescence (HIF) assay to quantify the levels of epithlial markers in the cells. In addition, we used a gee expression profiling approach to identify the gene associatedBackground & aims: Cancer patients treated with radotherapy in the abdominal and pelvic cavity develop adiation-induced enteritis, a condition that impairstheir quality of life.
